Who runs this site

This site is operated by Everett Advisors LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. Questions about this policy can be sent to the email address listed in the footer of any message you receive from us.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form: your name, email, and the details you give about your business or event. When you submit a form we also store a salted hash of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string to prevent abuse, and, if you arrived from a tagged link, the campaign tags from that link.

We do not use advertising cookies. A first-party cookie remembers campaign tags for 30 days. Nothing else is stored in your browser.

How we use it

To reply to your application or booking inquiry, to send you the playbook you asked for, and to send occasional emails about the Operator Intensive and speaking if you joined the list. Every list email carries an unsubscribe link, and we honor it immediately.

Who sees it

Connor and the people who help him run the business. We use Supabase to store submissions, Resend to send email, and Vercel to host the site and measure traffic. Each of them processes data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Your choices

Ask and we will show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Unsubscribe from any list email with the link at the bottom. Applications and inquiries are kept as long as they are useful for the engagement they relate to.
